Sub for Cycling in Intermediate Rotation

Hello. I am doing the March '07 Intermediate Rotation and I have 40 mins of cycling, indoor or outdoor, scheduled for tomorrow. I don't have a bike (can't even ride one) and I hate the indoor one I have (boring). Can anyone give me some suggestions as to what I could use to substitute? I have quite a few of Cathe's dvds. Thanks in advance!
 
I know it's been a while since you posted - but thought I'd answer anyway.

I would aim for something that is similar. If you think about biking, it is (1) low impact cardio, (2) lower body focused, (3) tends to be less intense than say a very high intensity aerobics workout (thought that depends on what sort of biker you are!).

So in my case I would do a low-impact work out on a treadmill, or fast walk outside, or use an elliptical with just the legs to sub for biking, or do a low impact step workout.
