Sub for circuit max

Hi, in the rotation that I`m doing at the moment there is Circuit Max which I don`t have. The only circuit workout that I have is Power Circuit. My idea was to sub this one in and, as the only strength work in the circuits is for the lower body, add some upper body work after. Does anyone hhink this would be a good substitution?
 
That should be a fine substitute.

But man, you need to invest in some more circuit workouts! :D I recommend LIC (Low Impact Circuit--don't be fooled b/c it's "low impact"--it's intense!) and Drill Max are my two favorite Cathe circuits. Bootcamp is great too.
 
Darn it Allison! Now I want LIC! I am trying not to buy any more Cathe DVDs until Christmas...sigh. Maybe until Thanksgiving. Ha!
 
Yeah I know!. I am planning on making my next purchase a circuit workout, I was thinking of Low Impact Circuit actually lol.
 
I'm tellin' ya, LIC is awesome! I do the "cardio only" premix all.the.time! It's about 45 minutes (including the warmup) and it's so fun! I'll usually then add on the "blast only" premix for a solid 55 minute cardio workout and then tack on the abs. It's so fun. And tough! (It's gets my butt good and sore too!)
