Sub for BC?? In January Rotation

Hi,
I am following the new January Rotation but I don't have BC. What would be some good subs?
I have just about every other Cathe but that one!

While we are asking - how about a sub for Imax2. Not sure if my knees will be able to handle it.

Do you think I could do Plyo X instead? This workout doesn't seem to bother the knees.

Do you have High Step Training Advanced? That would be ideal, with perhaps the drill work from Cardio Kicks tagged on at the end if you've still got the energy.

Hi Ronda,

I'm not sure there would be any really good sub for IMAX2 that wouldn't also bother your knees. LowMax would probably be perfect, but not this month, I guess! If your knees are the problem, then just pick the most intense cardio workout in your collection that doesn't aggravate your knees. The idea is to give yourself a cardio challenge. Alternatively, if there are specific IMAX2 moves that bother your knees, post them here and I'll bet the educated crowd could suggest some modifications.

I agree with Sandra -- High Step Training Advanced would be a great sub for Boot Camp!
