Stupid question

Ok, I just made some chicken stir fry w/ sesame oil and olive oil, lots of veggies, stir fry sauce and a little kung pao. I used brown rice instead of white, that's normal for me.
So, here's the question, is that considered clean? I'm just curious, because I think that it is, but maybe the sauces are not?
Thanks for your help!

The only thing you might have to worry about are the sodium/sugar levels in the sauces. You can read around on different labels to try and find a stirfry sauce lower in these 2 items (citrus based ones are usually pretty good), or you can make your own very quickly and then know exactly what goes into it.
Love stir fry, cold the next day it's a perfect lunch!

Great, now I'm starving! I think there should be a skull and crossbones on every thread that is about food!!

I LOVE stir fry. I agree with another poster who cautioned about the sodium and sugar in traditional stir fry sauces, and I typically don't use sauces myself. I stir fry in a little olive oil and add fresh ginger, garlic, shallots and/or onion, and maybe a little white wine. I blast it with a squeeze of fresh lemon or orange juice at the end. I use the left overs in a wrap the next day for a super yummy lunch.

Michele that sounds really good. I might have to try that next time.
Thank you all for your opinions. What I thought was right then, yay!
