I just want to say i love your workouts, you always manage to keep me challenged and actually wanting to workout rather than dreading it!
My question is - is it possible that the fat closest to the muscle and the final layer covering my muscles is extra-stubborn? Or is fat - fat wherever it is on your body?
Is there a reason why the last layer is the hardest to lose?
Now, I've heard of many cases where people like me have trouble losing the final layer of flab on my thighs and tricep area.
I can see the formation of nice muscle building beneath my flab and I have been working out regularly and eating clean 4-5 days a week for over a year. I'm almost as lean as I want to be but not there just yet!!
Any tips on how to finally rid the flab to a nice lean layer of skin?
I'm anxious and can't wait to show off the fruits of my labour this summer.
