I love STS and have done it a few times. I especially love Meso 2 and also love Meso 3. Recently I made up my own rotation and mixed weeks of Meso 2 with Gym Styles and Pure Strength. I did a weed of Meso 2 and then alternated a week of Gym Styles and then Meso 2 again and then Pure strength for a week. I enjoyed it alot. I also prefer to do 3 days split routines alternating with cardio so it worked well for me. Cathe posted a couple rotations last year that mixed STS with her other DVD's.
