STS type rotation using Cathe DVDS

Hi - I'd like to create an STS type of rotation using the Cathe DVDs Ihave.

For meso one - endurance I thought I'd rotate ME, MM, SS, and PP

For Meso two - hypertrophy - I thought I'd rotate PUB/PLB, GS, 4DS.

For Meso three - Strength - I thought I'd rotate S&H and 4DS.

I will go as heavy as I can in each meso using good form. Can you tell me if I'm on the right track? Also how long should I rest between sets in each meso? Thanks.

For Meso one- you could add Power Hour - this is a muscle endurance workout
For Meso three- you could add - the Pure Strength series
