Hello all! I found something really cool in the workout manager over the the weekend. I had added the STS program to my calendar using a rotation rather than adding each STS workout one at a time. Due to this, I didn't realize that if you edit the workout, the Workout Manager will provide a form where you can enter in the exact reps and weight amount that you did for each execise. Way cool! Plus, I think it even updated the calories spent based on the updated information.
Anyway, I have been doing STS for six weeks now and had no clue this feature was there so I thought maybe others didn't know either. Happy lifting!
