STS Total Body Rotation?

Hi all!

Does anyone know of a rotation I could do for a month using just the STS Total Body workout?

I completed my 1st round of STS a couple of weeks ago and plan to do a second round, but with school now back in session (I'm a homeschool teacher/mom) I've got less time to devote until after the holidays. I would like to try a rotation for a month using only the Total Body dvd. I know there are premixes and I like that most are under an hour, as I have a hard time right now devoting any more than an hour and would prefer to keep it under an hour if I could. I could do an hour or more on the weekend, but the weekends are my only downtime! :p Any suggestions as to how I could use this workout for a month would be greatly appreciated! :) I plan to do the Gym Style series for a month or so after a month rotation of Total Body (if possible) and then will need to figure out another rotation of something else in there before a 2nd round of STS in the Spring.

I loved my results with STS and my goal is to continue to build muscle. I have no more weight to lose (Whoo-Hoo!), as I've lost 90 lbs. (loss was before STS!!) and have made peace with the scale! FINALLY! :D Continued definition, muscle mass and strength are the primary goals for me now at this juncture...

Congratulations on your weight loss!! I don't have any specific recs on the total body rotation but just wanted to give u a standing ovation for accomplishing your wt loss goal!! :)
 
Awe, thank you so much for that standing ovation! I'll take it! :D It was a lot of hard work, a lot of sweat and some tears, but I'm very proud of my accomplishments! :) STS gave me that little extra boost of confidence I needed with my now new found muscle! I love it! Just want more now! :p
