I think it runs true to size. Keep in mind it is a form fitting t-shirt. If you want a loser fit, I would go up in size.

I bought one on the RT last year and I really like it. Now I can wear it "officially" LOL. Well, once I really start

I like that they are formfitting - but am concerned about length of the shirt and shrinkage. I'm thinking by the time I'm done with STS, I COULD show my abs in a belly shirt, but at 44 yrs old, I don't think I WANT to!! Have you washed yours yet? Did it shrink alot?

Yes, they are pre-shrunk
