I had to start STS over. I had two workouts in four weeks ago and then I was hit by a week long flu and then two weeks of a chest/sinus infection. I decided to wait until I was completely healed and thought it better to just start again. Tomorrow disc two.
Do you think that was a smart move or should I have just continued on?
