STS series cancellation

STS series cancellation question???

I hope a cst rep/ nancy can answer this for me. How do I go about cancelling my STS series? I would love to have it. However, I can't justify the price?? I live in OHIO. Light were out for 5day . Due to IKE!! Just got power back today. Need to think out the family needs first. If anyone have any suggest please let me know. Thanks
