I'm starting over doing the 3 month this time I did 6 month rotation last spring. I am just upping my weight by a pound or two from what I did last time. I'm remembering how difficult it is to do 15 reps in Meso 1 compared to only 8 reps in Meso 3. to prepare for my second round of STS, i randonly did Meso 3 workouts for a few weeks. I think I'm right where I need to be!
