STS- Reused Footage...

I have been reading reviews that STS using much of the same film throughout the cycles. What I haven't seen made clear is if footage from Meso 1 are repeated within 2 & 3? I am not sure if I am making much sense here. For Example is footage from Meso 1 only used throughout Meso 1 and no where else in the cycles, same with Meso 2 Footage, and Meso 3 Footage?

Meso 1 footage is only used in meso 1...and meso 2 footage is only used in meso 2 and meso 3 footage is only used in meso 3.

STS follows the same pattern that most trainers and exercisers do and that means it weaves exercises you have done in the weeks in the past with new exercises you have not done. Only about 30% of the footage in STS is repeat footage, but even then we quite often use different camera angles. The editing in STS is pretty much seamless and NFL films truly did a magnificent job. Even if we were to have re-filmed these segments the workout would look exactly as it does now.

Thank you! I have no problems with seeing reused footage! I just wasn't sure how the clips were edited together. That makes a lot of sense and now after this explanation that does not sound like it should be an issue at all. Well I'm sold!

I would like to thank the Forum Admin(s) for answering my STS Questions, I have more than satisfactory responses!! Absolutely will come here to ask questions in the future than rely on getting the details from reviews on collage. Whom ever you are, you've done a great job bc I am not only buying the Full line of STS Strength DVDs, but the STS cardio and the Pull Up Tower! Thank you again!
