I finished STS -3 1/2 mo. rotation- at the beginning of summer and since did one of cahte's circuit rotations and then one of fitnessfreaks rotations. I want to start STS again doing the 2nd meso but changing some of the exercises. I have equipment at home that allows me to do different exercises, such as lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, leg ext, hamstring curls, etc. So my ques. is do you think I'll get results doing this or are the order in which cathe put each exerecise in STS crucial in getting good results. I'm starting to get tired of doing the "same old' BB rows, kickbacks, etc. and wanted to switch it up so I thought I would put in the DVD and follow the rep count, rest, etc and just do different exercises. Any thoughts?
