STS Plyo shoes

Can anyone tell me what shoes are worn in the plyo workouts? I honestly have been looking on forums and blog for the answer to this but cannot seem to find it.

I would like to now this as well. Since they stopped making my Ryka Intensity XT's I need a good sneaker for the Plyo workouts!

Tami, I know they are Nikes. I'm assuming Cross Trainers??? That doesn't help narrow it down though! Hmmm? Did you ask on Ask Cathe?

They are definately Nikes, but they have SO many styles its hard to pin point which ones they are!!!
