I am seriously considering doing both Plyo and squat routines. I am thinking I will do this 3 days apart. Does any one know why this would be a bad idea? I love Plyo routines and enjoy the results of heavy squats.
I completed all of STS one week ago. I used both Squat legs and plyo legs in the same week. I used the plyo legs disc as one of my cardio workouts. I utilized two plyo discs together for one cardio workout but only performed the plyo exercises of the two discs.
I used both also, and it worked great! I also used the plyo workouts for cardio some days. If it works for you, do it - there really isn't a right or wrong way, IMO.
i'm doing that too. i love both the workouts, so doing both. just finished week 2. did squat rack legs today. squated w/ 93#'s. i love heavy weights. i've never lifted this heavy before. i want to do meso 3 over again, and try and go a bit heavier. then do the whole 3m. rotation again. although, thought about the 6m. what do ya'll think about the 6m? those who are doing it?
