Good Morning Everyone!

I forgot my WO card at home today. I was planning on doing this one in the gym this afternoon and forgot the rest period between each set. (60sec but not sure)I know she also does drop sets but does she go up in weights for each set?

Ex:
Chest flyes 12 reps 15lb
10 reps 16lbs
8 reps 17lbs

No, in this disc the weight stays the same, but she drops down on the reps. I think the next week she starts increasing the weight while dropping on the reps.
