Has anyone else enjoyed this revelation? After completing the STS series I took a month break and did Cathe's other cardio and weight work outs, including PUB, LUB, Muscle Max, Slow and Heavy, and Muscle Endurance. What a treat!! My notebook had little smiley faces next to many of the exercises in these programs, which meant I was smiling that "OMG giggle" you get when you can't believe how tough it is. But when doing them after completing STS I could keep pace with Cathy on every exercise - even the straight-leg pushups and overhead presses! Thank you, Cathe, for the excellent STS series and all you do to keep me strong and healthy!
