I will be finishing Meso 1 this week and I wonder since the lower body workouts still 'challenge' me a bit, should I do the lower body from Meso 1 again while doing upper body, Meso 2?
Or should I move on as the program is designed? Will I have a heck of a time with the lower body in Meso 2 since Meso 1 is still kinda hard?
I can do all the moves, but talk about DOMS....
