STS Help w/ Disk 3 HELP Please!

Hello Cathe or educated forum ladies,

I did search to make sure this has not been asked before and hope I am posting in the correct place. If any of you ladies know please please help me. Did anyone else encounter this?

My problem is that on DVD #3, Legs, the Drop Side Lunges into Side Abduction does not appear in the 1RM max calculator under DVD3 choices menu nor does it show up on the workout card menu. However Drop Side Lunges & Stand with Knee Lift shows up on the workout card and is not on the DVD. These are not the same exercises correct? The closest thing I could find on the calculator was Drop Side Lunges on Floor into Leg Abductions. So how do I get this exercise to show up on the workout card and where is it in the 1RM testing page?

Not sure about the calculator but it shows up on my workout card and on my DVD. You might double check the User Guide.... ALSO... If you are working off one of the first STS Rotation Downloads SNM said to delete that one and use the latest version (re-download). Hope that makes some sense. The exercise appears everywhere for me.

I actually found several on disk 3 that weren't in the 1RM's and I just ended up guessing and then adjusting for this week since I'm doing the 6 month rotation and repeating everything. I hadn't seen anything about it, and I didn't realize it until I was doing the workout. I do remember the later wall squats where she uses weights just show up as BW in the lists, but I can't remember what the others were.
 
I also noticed a few that weren't in the master list in the back of the STS user guide, but I feel like another forum member mentioned the list wasn't complete....In that instance, I did my best to guess my weight and quickly, since the rest periods fly by :)
 
I print my card ahead of time, then for the missing exercises, I just choose the weights for a similar exercise and write it in. I make sure to print well before I plan on doing the disc to make sure I get it all squared away and don't have to waste time when I'm all ready to workout.

Booboo - 'Drop Side Lunges & Stand with Knee Lift' is in the 1RM list if you choose Muscle Group (instead of STS) from the first drop down menu, then choose Legs and Glutes from the second drop down menu. In my workout card for Disc 3, "Drop Side Lunges into Leg Abduction" are listed as "Drop Side Lunges & Stand with Knee Lift." I'm 99% sure these are the same thing.

Note: Drop side lunges into leg abduction is listed on the 1RM tests, but this is a move from Plyo Legs and it is not the same as the move done on Disc 3.

Yep, that is how it shows up on my workout card also. I guess I will have to live with and accept the error as an as is.
