STS - Gym ?

I'm very interested in both the STS Gym and DVD workouts. Will the exercises be different enough to purchase both?

Yes, STS-Gym will be designed for people that workout in a health club where they will have access to all kinds of fitness equipment. Keep in mind though that STS-Gym is an MP3 audio workout only - not video.

STS Gym sounds great! You know I used to do exactly the same thing with your slow and heavy workout. I made an audio tape of it and took the tape to the gym. It worked really well, because I was familiar with the workout from home.
