As I have been going thru the 1RM calculations, I realize this workout is going to take a lot of mental strength as well. I am looking at the higher percentages of the 1 RM and realize the 3rd section of this series is going to be TOUGH. I never lift that heavy. I realize the reps are lower, and yes I probably can do it, but its a mental block I need to get over. I can mind trick myself to make the 3lbs heavy. I need to build up the right mindset on this one.
