what type of foot do you use for STS? I just found out I have (PF) Plantar fasciitis. And let me tell you it's no fun:mad:.

I think it really surfaced when I broke my ankle last year around this time. So with all that said.

I need a good shoe with arch support and shock absorbency. Maybe a high quality running shoe??? I have no idea on this???

Please help:confused:

thanks

I had plantar fascitis for quite awhile. It still flares up now and then. I put the inserts in all of my shoes. I use gel insert for my athletic shoes (heel type) and a different kind for my regular shoes/boots. (Dr Scholls I think. They're gray on top.) it helps a lot.

I've had plantar fasciitis for the last couple years and I even quit working out 'cause it would irritate it (occasionally I probably used that as an excuse). I found out about the ECCO RXP3060 shoes. They are designed specifically for this condition. They are expensive...usually around $120 but I found a sale on them on Amazon.com for $60. Dillard's also carries them if you have that store around. They come in European sizes.

I took out the insoles and used the inserts my foot doctor recommended (around $40). The inserts are Powerstep ProTech. The shoes with the inserts have made a world of difference. I've been doing STS and cardio 6 days a week and am not having any problems.

Hope this helps you.
