Chris,
Just a thought, perhaps STS Gym need not be audio only?
I have an ipod nano 3g that I wear strapped to my wrist on a wrist band. I take Cathe on video to the gym on my ipod video regulqarly. I cannot watch all the time while exercising and mostly rely on audio, since it compromises form to watch, but the visual cues are still available for a quick peek should I need them.
Another option is to make it a combination of video demonstration of the form during the rest breaks and have the screen go blank with audio only voice-over while the person does the exercise.
I am very excited about STS Gym and plan to definitely buy. Ever since the muscle animation came up on the blog I am tempted to break down and get STS too. The thought being put into these workouts is so impressive. Understanding muscle anatomy makes exercise so much more intelligent. People who do STS will know what muscle they are working when they weight train with any other DVD or instrutor and be able to assess how balanced a program or their own rotatioons are in future. Usually you have to read a very boring book to learn this. Muscle animation is a brilliant idea.
ETA: Sorry for going off topic.
