STS does it have a full body workout?

It's a seperate dvd. STS total Body. It's not part of the mesocycles. I love STS total body. In fact- I have it on schedule for tomorrow morning

STS Total Body is a great workout, lifting pretty heavy while still maintaining a cardio effect, it's a total sweat fest for me.
