STS Disc 16

I looked to see if anyone had started a thread for this, but couldn't find one; so if this is a duplicate, I'm sorry.

After 4 days of not working out because of my back, I completed disc 16 of M2 and I was surprised how well I did. I really like the back off approach. Excellent workout.
 
I, also, liked this approach. I wa surprised at how much I felt the burn and my triceps were shaking uncontrollably! I will see tomorrow how my triceps feel. Disc 13 had my triceps hurting for days!

i loved this workout. i have never done it before. yesterday i did d. 17, legs. WHAT A KILLER!! i am so sore today and then for my cardio today, i did the firm "dangerous curves ahead." and i am in PAIN.
i would love to do this 17 again this week if i can walk. gonna try and do 18 tomrrow. LOVE STS!!!

i'm sorry i wasn't very clear, what i mean is i have never done the back off approach, and yes i was shakin after 16 & 17.

Discs 16 & 17

I, too, like the back off approach in disc 16. The surprise for me was I felt no pain from the workout a day later. After disc 13 I felt it for all of 6 days!

Today I did disc 17. WOW! Another killer. Don't know how I'll feel tomorrow but those tri-sets are HARD. I had to lengthen the breaks between sets in the last tri-set (elevated lunges elevated my heart rate to the extreme).

I can tell a difference with the increased weights this week, too. :D

I did 16 today. It didn't seem as "killer" to me as 13 . . . but we'll see how I feel tomorrow. I liked the variety of the back off sets. Disc 14 was very hard for me, sounds like 17 is going to be just as bad (if not worse). I'm having to take tomorrow off from regular exercise (just a doubles tennis match). Hopefully I'll be rested enough for Disc 17.
 
I am loving the legs disc's for Meso 2...they are awesome!! I really feel them and between Meso 1 and now 2 my legs and hips are really toning up!! baggy jeans...im so happy!!
 
i did disc 18 today, 17 on monday. i love the legs too. actually, i love them all. and i tried abs w/stability ball. you can see what i think about it in the thread i posted on about the pikes. :)

Disc 16 - 18

I successfully completed disc 17 w/out any back problems. With lighter weights (I followed Denice) and smaller range of motion, I was able to get a really good workout.
 
Ok, week 2 of M2 completed. I split the workout on disc 18. I did bootcamp cardio & back Friday morning and biceps and step blast premix 3 along with STS abs - no equipment Friday evening.

After my back injury - really focused on my form during the back work especially deadlifts and was able to lift pretty heavy. However, for barbell curls, I had to drop in weight but still worked the biceps pretty hard.
