STS Disc 1 1RM Max missing for 2 exercises

I printed my STS Workout card for Disc 1.

Missing are 1RMs for
Seated Lateral Raise Both Arms High End (dumbbell)
Seated Curls Alternating + Both Arms (dumbbell)

Neither of these are in the list for Disc 1 in the 1RM Calculator (Step 2).

I found Seated Curls in the All Exercises list (# 239) but did not find the other.

In addition to fixing these... it would be nice if the exercise card included the exercise #.
