Good morning everyone! I did Hardcore Extreme (the high/low interval PM - no weights in that one) and one of the Coremax Premixes this a.m.

Got a taste of IMAX 3 before I try that one "for real" - Wow - great workout - I appreciated the Lowmax parts for sure - though they're tough too, my 41 year old body likes the lack of impact
Hi
Bridget - Woohoo!! - 1/2way through M1 - don't you love the feeling after the workouts (well after the burn wears off lol

)? I can't do the Wall Squats and pick up the weights either very well. Those are tough! I consider my recovery week to have started today. I wasn't sure either about the cardio (if I should just do light cardio or if it was ok to do the harder stuff as long as no weights) So I asked on this board and these ladies had good advice as usual and overall said that they focus on stretching and core, but also that they usually do more than just light cardio - while you're not doing the weights between, you can focus more easily on the cardio.
Kiki said that between Meso 2 and 3, she might take it more easy during that recovery week.

So for this week I have several days of tougher cardio, but then a few days of lighter stuff (yoga and an Ellen Barrett video or two) - so I've got a plan but will probably just listen to how I feel and change it if I want/need to.

I was stressed about the recovery week to be honest, didn't know what "light" stuff I'd do - it's too hot to walk here even in the a.m. (I live in Arizona), I don't have a bike or any indoor cardio equipment right now - just videos
Hi
Tracy - hope you had a great time with your friends

Have a great day
Hi
Melanie, Kiki, Autumn, Wendy and Jen! Not sure when everyone will be back around

Hope the roadtrip is awesome for you RTers! Can't wait to hear about it!
Have a great day - bringing my doggie in for some salon services today and a little running around Phoenix (supposed to be 118 degrees today - summer is here I guess - so maybe will save the running around to inside A/C areas

)
