This series sounds amazing. I need to really start pushing myself now so I can get in shape enough to be able to do it!

I agree! I can't wait for this series. I have a question Cathe:
Will you offer us suggestions on how much cardio we should try to get during each of the 3 phases? (so we don't overdo it and negate our efforts for the strength training) Personally, that would be very much appreciated! ;-)
