I have a few questions before I start STS and I am hoping you can help me out. I have early onset RA and my left wrist does not turn as far as my right,(my right will turn 180 and my left wrist goes about 160 degrees) which makes doing reverse dumbell curls a little difficult. Should I do them with my wrist turned as far as it will go, or should I skip this exercise. Also would it be better to lift lighter on days my wrist feel weaker, or just do a smaller amount of reps? Thanks so much.
