STS and Cardio for weight loss

maybe this has been asked before, but how do we work in Cardio with all the strenght training during STS? Will be given any options or do we just double up our workouts 4x a week?
I am still trying to lose those last 8-10lbs and I need to keep my cardio up! Help
 
STS strength is "only" 3 days a week. Your cardio will fit in nicely on the alternate days...also - remember that Cathes Leg work (plyo) is going to be super tough too and challenge your legs + your heart! :D

If you start your STS day 1 on Monday then you'd could have Tue Cardio, STS day 2 on Wed, Cardio Thur, STS day 3 on Frid and Saturday can be a rest day or cardio or yoga.

thank you so much! I guess I really need to look into exactly what the STS program will be...I haven't gotten that far yet!
