Hi Again! I'm packing up to leave work and head to the gym!
RACHEL!!! I would be in heaven to have all those vegetables!!! Oh my gosh, you can make a nice stir fry and somewhere...I'll have to look, but somewhere I have a recipe for watermelon salsa! Have you ever had that? Oh, it is so good! I don't know what the Dr will do about my foot, I just know they said come back in the 3 weeks!
And I always do what I'm told - except for when I don't! LOL! I'm glad to hear you've been doing some relaxing! A girl needs a little down time! What's important is that you're ENJOYING your time off! 

Cendrine, oohhh sounds like you had an enjoyable workout! Do you have a weighted vest? You could always walk with one of those. I had bought Cathe's 10 lb'er and use it on the trail once in a while (also used it more before I bought the tower). Probably being less stressful will really help your back too. It's amazing how stress can make you tighten.
