Today I did cardio and weights minus the high impact moves, upping the step height still made for a good workout!

Today was 4DS kickbox...Got it done, now have to decide how or if I will make up the one I will miss...the saga continues.

I am a Cathe fan on FB so I got to pre order early. I also got her bands and the fire walker bands. I did not get the cycle dvd since I would have no way to use it. That is why I ordered the bands...so no shipping... That is how I justified that anyway

Oh did any one have Royal wedding fever. I really am not too into that sort of thing but it seemed like everytime I turned the tv on it was on and it would suck me in and I would HAVE to Walk AWAY...LOL Loved her dress!.

I have to admit that I haven't worked out in 4 days!! Wed/THurs was the whole hearing/meeting thing. Friday we had company over and today I still have quite the cough and my asthma was bugging me/just not feeling myself today.
OH well, I'll decide what to do tomorrow, if the May rotation is a really good one I might just start that.

We had 3 couples over yesterday (and some kids but they just disappeared to the basement). One couple was my sister/BIl and the other 2 were girls that I went to highschool with and their DH's. So I have known them for 27 years, they knew I was on this extremely high profile murder trial for 6 weeks and not one mention of it. Some people just seem so uncomfortable with the topic. To me it really felt like an "elephant in the room". The murder happen close to our high school to a girl 2 years younger than us. It's a vivid memory of my high school years and I'm sure of theirs. Just strange. I didn't expect that we had to have a lengthy conversation of gruesome evidence but even just to ask how I was dealing with it or what it was like.

Anyways we had a lovely, lighthearted visit and we watched some of the royal wedding. I agree Rachael, I loved her dress! We had fun making comments about the hats.
