STS 2.0 Body Parts Rotation

ashaw

Cathlete
So my STS 2.0 quest begun this morning with Giant Sets Total Body and I loved this workout. While I went lighter on some of the lower body and the barbell (mainly because my barbell only goes to 45 pounds and I'm not in a position to buy Cathe's barbell), I was able to do all the bicep work using 20's and was so excited about that.

I'm all in on the 8 week rotation and I was looking at the Body Parts portion and I had a thought from a screen shot I took of the sequence of the CTX workouts over 6 days. Because working out on Sunday isn't an option for me, I was thinking about doing the Body Parts in this order: Back, Chest, Legs, Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps. Sunday could be a stretch day. I also liked the Body Parts mish mosh where you do two body parts per day, three times per week. That reminds me of the old Slow & Heavy Series.

Good plan, ashaw!
