Hi Cathe,
Will you please consider bringing back the quick stretches upon completion of a body part as you did in older workouts? I'm finding that without you doing some stretches along with us we most likely won't. For example, you mention to pause the player at the end of a weighted circuit if you need a stretch. I doubt anyone does that and just jumps into the next cardio segment. It would be nice to just include a quick stretch of the body part prior to going to the next cardio routine.
