DO you guys think this would be a good way to reduce stress? I especiialy love the stability ball segment. I know yoga is so good for many different things and I have a beginner's yoga dvd, but I don't feel I get much out of it. I'm going to use it, but I'm wondering if SM would also be beneficical (stress reduction wise) if I also use it frequently.
