Stretch Max perfect after my 1/2 Marathon

Cathe your Stretch Max was the perfect first workout after my half Marathon on Sunday. I did the second workout (with the ball) today. It was a great way to stretch out my tired muscles.

Natalie - I SOO agree!!! I use the band workout after my long runs and my recovery time is low. I'm planning on doing it again after my first Half in 2 weeks.
