I got this DVD last week and I did section 1 on Monday and section 3 yesterday after cardio. Wow what a great feeling! I never thought I would love this one just because I'm used to getting my heart rate up with all your workouts. I can't explain why, but this one is a keeper. I'm going to add it to my weekly rotations. I think in the future you should come out with an advanced stretch tape with more deeper stretches and more yoga, but in the meantime I'm going to use this one a lot! Thank you for this DVD.
