Stress Fracture in foot rotation please!

Hi ladies! I have just found out that I have a stress fracture in my left foot and no weight bearing activities for about 4 weeks. I have to wear the walking boot at all times. Can someone help me create a rotation with upper body, abs and lower body strengthing (like floor work)? Or at least some ideas to start? I apologize if one has already been created and I didn't see it. Thank you so so much! I am trying not to let it get me down so I figured I will tackle my upper body and abs!! :)
 
Here is a possible rotation. You can use your Cathes that are appropriate for your injury.

Day 1 UB
Day 2 LB & Abs (Floor work that is appropriate)
Day 3 Cardio (Swimming if possible in walking boot)
Day 4 Off
Day 5 UB
Day 6 LB & Abs (Floor work)
Day 7 Cardio (Swimming)
Day 8 Off
Repeat
