Strength Training only twice a week

I want to strength train twice a week so I want to do my total body..
What video or videos would you recommend? I am doing cardio the other three to four days a week. Thank you :)
 
I rotate Muscle Endurance, Muscle Max, and Power Hour. Those are the ones I have and I really like them. Take a look at the clips on the Shop Cathe part and see if you think you'd like them. Good luck!
 
ITA with ExerciseLover! Plus, Power Hour comes on a disc that includes Maximum Intensity Strength, which is a great total body workout too! :)
 
Isn't that funny. I've had PH for a long time and have never done any of the other routines. Are they good? You know how you kinda stick with your favs. Should I try MIS? What's it like?

You should definitely try MIS! It's a very thorough, well-thought out workout. It reminds me of Muscle Max a little bit. The warm up is done on the step-which is fun and gets your heart rate up, then you do all the lower body work, then you move on to upper body. It goes quickly, like Muscle Max. I have not tried Body Max yet. I don't know why not...:eek: Like you said, you stick with your favs. :)
