strength training on the ball

Ilove the strength training in the low impact workout. Does anyone know if Cathe has more of these on her dvd's? jeanine
 
Cathe uses a stability ball in both the Supersets and Push Pull workouts (more so in Supersets), which are both on the same dvd. She also uses a stability ball for a portion of Core Max.
 
Thanks Teresa,I am trying to add to my collection of Cathe workouts and I wanted to find one with something I enjoy doing.This helps out alot.Thanks again! jeanine
