Strength training day, then intervals?

Hi, Cathe (and everyone).

I know that it's best to give muscle groups a day of rest between strenght workouts, but is it okay to do an interval workout the next day or should it just be cardio? I do a full body strength work out right now. No splits.
 
Hi Tiredmom! This will depend on how physically "spent" your legs are. If they feel ok, you should be alright. If they feel really tight, perhaps a less demanding cardio would be a better choice.
