This morning was my sleep in day. I had a blood draw early so I had to fast for it. Then I got to go to the DMV. Luckily I only had to wait for about 45 minutes.

Thursday I did some yoga and then got all the housework done. Friday I did a total body workout and then got the laundry done. Saturday was dragon boat practice and I decided to walk down there since they were doing some paving within our complex and it was too hard to get the car in and out. This morning I took as a day off but I did go to the farmers market. It is raining here today so it will be an indoor kind of day.

Cheryl Great job on Yoga, your total body workout, dragon boating! Oh hopefully the rain helps with any residual smoke in your area.

Friday I did my lower body workout and then did some meal prepping and light cleaning. Saturday was my mobility and some more light cleaning. I got horrible sleep all weekend and just didn't have much energy to do much. Sunday was my upper body and then relaxing and today was my sleep in day.

Julie Yes the rain did help with the smoke here. Hopefully that is the last we see of it. Good work on your lower body workout, your mobility work and your upper body workout. Sorry that you got a crappy sleep. That does zap your energy.

This morning was the free download of Chest, Triceps and Shoulders. It was a good workout. Then I went to get a manicure. Now I need to get a few things done around here and then I will probably go for a bit of a walk.

This morning was a lower body workout. I got better sleep but still had so so energy. I made it through my workout though. Now it is on to having to go to work in the office and grocery shopping in the afternoon.

This morning I met up with a friend for a walk. It is going to be a hot one today so it was nice to get it done in the morning. Now I need to get a grocery list done.

This morning was XTrain Burn Sets Back and Biceps + Core 1. Than I took Willow to the vet for a checkup. She is doing great and the vet has no concerns which is great. This afternoon I will be going into the SPCA to help with the animals.

This morning I didn't sleep in because I wanted to walk on the treadmill before work. Trying to get more steps and intentional movement in. I have a doctor's appointment to go to and then back to work.

I slept in this morning and it was nice. Wish I could have slept in more. I did not get the greatest sleep over the weekend.

Julie Good job on getting up to get a walk on your treadmill in. I hope your doctors appointment went well. Good job on your lower body workout, your mobility workout and your upper body workout. I hate it when you don't sleep well, it affects your whole day.

Sorry that I forgot to check in over the weekend. I was going to and then I completely forgot. Thursday I did yoga and then got all the housework and carpet cleaning done. That was a bit too much to do in one day because Friday I was completely exhausted so I didn't do a whole lot besides some laundry. Saturday was dragon boat practice and then I lazed around and Sunday I did some yoga and then lazed around again. This morning I did a total body circuit and now I need to get some meal prepping done. It is a nice day here so I will probably go out for a walk a bit later.

Cheryl No worries on not checking in over the weekend. I don't have the mental energy to check in over the weekends since I would have to get on my laptop to do so. Great job on yoga and all that housework! You needed that rest on Friday after all that. Great job on dragon boat practice, yoga, and your total body circuit. Hope you got to enjoy the beautiful day.

This morning I did a lower body workout. DH left the refrigerator door open for about 6 hours last night. He got up in the middle night and got some milk and didn't shut the door. I threw out the milk but I hate the thought of throwing some of the other things out with food so expensive. I hope they are still ok.

Julie Good job on your lower body workout. Your DH must have been really tired if he forgot to close the fridge door. Food has gotten so expensive, I hope your food is OK.

This morning I am meeting up with some ladies to take out the dragon boat. It is a really nice morning so it should be nice on the water. Later I may try to go out for another walk to take advantage of the nice weather we are still having.

This morning was my upper body workout. So far so good on the food not spoiling. We haven't gotten sick yet so I think we may be in the clear. I did give him a hard time every time he opened the fridge and asked him if he was sure he closed it. :D

Julie Great job on your upper body workout. That is great news that your food didn't spoil and that you gave your DH a hard time every time he opened the fridge :p.

So dragon boating was really nice. As soon as we left the dock we saw a seal with a salmon in his mouth and there were about 5 seagulls surrounding him wanting to take the salmon away. The poor seal was having a heck of a time trying to get away from the gulls so he could enjoy his meal. This morning I did a butt and ab workout and then I went to get groceries. Our SPCA transfer is happening again this afternoon so I will be going there in a bit to help out.

Cheryl Oh that would be so neat and fun to see. Hopefully the seal got his meal in the seagulls figured something else out. Great job on your butt and ab workout!

This morning was my sleep in day. We are supposed to have a pretty nice weather weekend. Harvest is going on so I probably won't get to sit outside much. Once the farmers start harvesting, we get red dog/corn dust all over and these little black bugs come out and bite.

This morning I did a low impact hiit workout and then got the housework done. We won't be getting a nice weekend since it is suppose to rain by Saturday.

So Friday I did an upper body workout and then got the laundry done. Saturday was Step Sync since dragon boat season is now over. Today I took as a day off and went to the farmers market. This afternoon I will either go for a walk or start to clean up the leaves that have started falling. I haven't decided which to do yet.

Julie Great work on your lower body workout, your mobility work and your upper body workout. Your life isn't boring you are just consistent. My life is just as consistent it seems. It sucks that dragon boating is done for the year but it will give me time to get in really good shape for next season.

This morning was STS 2 Total Body Giant Sets. Now I need to figure out what to do with the rest of my day.
