Strength and Endurance

I was reading the suggestions for rotations you posted for Bobbi. I am currently on Week 10 of a PS series and going to go on and do the S&H for 3 weeks and then back to PS series with MIS for 3 weeks like you suggested for strength.

The endurance rotation looks like fun! My question is if I do this after the strength rotation will I lose the strength I gained?

I am seeing wonderful results with your tapes. Thank you soo much.
