if you were stranded on an island with a dvd player, step, and weights but were only allowed one cathe workout to bring, what workout would you bring? I think i would bring B&G. but its super hard to just pick one isn't it
ooh this is a toughie but i guess i would go with the power hour+ dvd since i would have 3 workouts with a good mix of weights and a little cardio with body max.
BM2! I was just thinking the other day of designing a rotation (just for fun) based solely on BM2--wondering if you could use it exclusively if you were not able to have a bunch of Cathes. Of course, I hope I'm never limited to just one Cathe myself!
