I am freaking out! I have just finished a 3 week rotation using the Slow and Heavy series. I am SO happy that I bought this DVD! As you probably know, this workout really makes a difference!
I am freaking out because I learned that this is to be a "short" rotation , using it for only 3 or 4 weeks, and alternated with other rotations! I am so afraid that I will lose the muscle mass that I have gained from the slow and heavy. It might not be much to the casual observer, but there is a HUGE difference to me and I LOVE it!!!
So, what workouts should I do in order to keep and improve upon my muscle gains??? Will I lose some of my new muscle size once I stop lifting slow and heavy? I can finally see the definition in my upper body and my back, well, everywhere! and I don't want it to go away now!!!!!
