Those look like a lot of fun!

YouTube is a great place. One time I just exercised using the Wii Dance games that people had posted. Before I knew it, an hour was gone!

FYI- This w/o is actually part of an entire series called Fitness FX:

This series looks amazing . I plan on doing all the youtube video's I can access, and then possibly be interested in purchasing downloads from their website (this series is from the UK, so I'm certain I will get hit hard with duty fee's if I purchase DVD's ).

For those that live in the UK (or anywhere in Europe for that matter) have you tried these w/o's???
