Still don't have new dvds

I am in Canada and still haven't received the preorder I made for the new dvds. Are they still being shipped or should I be concerned?

All presale orders finished shipping last week. Canadian orders are shipped by the postal service 1st class air. It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for an order to arrive in Canada from our facility. The first orders should start arriving in just a few more days.
