Cathe, do you think results would differ if you stuck with one series (say, Intensity Series) for a rotation, or if you did a rotation that had a theme and jumped from series to series using the videos that have that theme ( say, endurance is your theme and you do 4 cardios of whatever sort and add CTX Upper, L &G, Power Hour, and ME)

I'd go with your idea to create rotations based on a theme, selecting the necessary workouts from across all series. It sounds more likely to help you achieve your goals. Stickig with one series might have more of a "shock your body" effect. That's what they talk about but I dunno what that looks like!
